REFUND POLICY

Due to our ship order process is very quick. The order has already been sent to the production and logistic department therefore you cannot be adjusted or cancelled once you have received your confirmation email.

However, you can return any unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by post. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The refund depends on your payment method

  1. The credit card / debit card will be refunded to the credit card / debit card by the bank. The refund lead time depends on each bank

●        CREDIT CARD : 7-15 working days to process the refund

●        DEBIT CARD : 15 – 45 working days to process the refund

  1. For payment via ATM, Counter Service, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cash on delivery or Cash, the refund amount of money will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days. Important : the bank account name must be exactly the same as the name shown as goods recipient.

RETURN POLICY

You will be asked for evidence, picture, video, or other proofs of the defect product) and the customer service team will verify and inform the result via email. Please do not ship goods back to us without prior approval by us.
  1. Please pack the item(s) you wish to return properly and carefully (unopened and unused) and put the Return Note in the return package within 14 days after you have received your order

  1. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs returning goods back to us.
  1. Return Product Conditions must me sellable, unopened, Complete (free gift, manual, accessories, original box) and Tags & labels attached
  1.  We accept returns of products when you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. Allergy returns a medical certificate by doctor is required. We will provide you with a refund

We absolutely do not accept returning products for following conditions. 

1) Products are not purchased from byttneria.com

2) Product damage or packaging damage due to improper handle by the customer3) Did not send us the complete product with accessories, Receipt and Tax Invoice, and any gifts ( if there is any)

3) Various adjustments that are not made by the factory; whether changing the gem stone, changing the size, customization of the setting or laser.

4) Not sending us the product with accessories, receipt and tax invoice and any gift (if any).

5) If not return to us within 14 days after you received your order.
